Wat Arun (or Wat Cheng or the Temple of Dawn) is another famous Buddhist temple. It is located on the west side (Thonburi) of the Cho Phraya River. Its arrows and stupas are as astounding as they are by far.

Yaowarat, Chinatown of Bangkok where Chinese settlers moved and created a small world of their own. A vibrant, exotic and crowded area where people flock to street food, trade gold (high concentration of gold shops) or store daily needs.

Bangkok is a haven for buyers. But to have a unique Thai traditional shopping experience, the floating market is an absolute must to visit. The floating market of Bang Khu Wiang, the floating market of Damnoen Saduak, the floating market of Taling Chan and the floating market of Tha Kha. The best way to enjoy is to book a floating market tour, and you get to see the traditional homes and the local life.

Bangkok has a red district called Soi Cowboy, famous and well attended. It was named after an African-American cowboy hat that opened the first bar in the 70’s. You will see plenty of neons, bars, go-go bars and go-go dancers, coyote’s bars.

Krabi has a spectacular natural beauty. It is a beautiful destination in Thailand, close to Phuket and the Phi Phi Islands.

Beaches: Diving, popular sites: Koh Poda, Koh Hong, Koh Yung, Koh Phi Phi Lae, Hin Muang and Hin Dang reefs, Koh Rok and Koh Ngai.

Kayaking: The environment is ideal for kayaking. The coastline is composed of small coves, caves, and islands that have small rivers.

Bird watching: The observation is mainly from January to April in the mangrove forests around the Kanab Nam hill near the town of Krabi. Some rare birds can be seen as the Asian grub, the egret, the butor, or the heron.

Sailing and cruising: Exploring and discovering secret places by chartering a boat is possible. The clear water around the islands off Krabi, and the Phi Phi Islands are magnificent anchor points.

Fishing: Expeditions to catch marlin, barracuda and tuna are easily arranged in Krabi, and near Phuket.

Temples: Perched on top of a mountain, or hidden in caves, the temples of Krabi blend harmoniously into the landscape.

Phuket has a remarkable tourist infrastructure that offers all kinds of entertaining activities.

Things to do:

Elephant Ride: A great classic in Thailand and one of the most popular souvenir photos. The elephant ride – although not the most comfortable – is an original moment and offers a rare opportunity to approach a gigantic pachyderm. For all ages.

Courses in Phuket: Thai cooking schools are numerous in the island and a day of the class is a nice and recommended activity when too hot or rainy weather. One learns to cook some of the most popular dishes of the country to impress his friends on the return of the holidays.

Massage classes are also offered at several training centers on the island but in general it is necessary to spend the entire week to complete them.

Cycling: Bicycles are available for rent, but they are mainly intended for your trips of proximity. But mountain bikes are also available and will allow you, if you are fit, to make a rewarding visit to the island. Mountain bike tours are not particularly indicated but the island is full of dirt roads and trails that you can freely explore.

Bungee jumping: Located inland in the Kathu district on Patong Hill, the bungee jumping center of Phuket is operated by New Zealanders. We jump from a crane. The welcome is professional.

Most operators are serious and competent foreigners and the region has internationally renowned dive sites.
